Our Property

The Accommodation

The accommodation is in an annexe to the main property; it is fully self-contained, provides accommodation for 1 to 3 people, and is all at ground floor level. The annexe faces south, with lovely views over the surrounding unspoilt countryside, and consists of a bedroom/sitting room with two single beds (plus Z-bed if required) , a wet room with shower (see Important Notes below), WC and handbasin, a fully fitted kitchen with small fridge, 2hob cooker, microwave, toaster etc, and a cosy breakfast room. Outside is a terrace with table and chairs, to enjoy a balmy summer evening with a glass of wine. There is also a secure shed for storage of bikes etc.

Self-catering

We also offer self-catered accommodation by the week, and are happy to offer a food-shopping service for visitors who arrive by bicycle (Please advise us when booking). The annexe is fully equipped for you to enjoy your stay at Stowford Hill.

Important notes

Shower- Please be aware that, as Stowford Hill is not on mains water, the water pressure in the shower is not great- and therefore the result can be variable. Please bear with us...you have been warned! If you insist on a high-pressure "rainforest" shower, then you will have to go somewhere else...
